- 1- It’s very important to check your order in front of the courier and in case there is any problem don’t receive the item (if the courier opposes you must contact us through numbers on the invoice)
- 2- Exchange can be done within 14 days only starting from the receiving date (shoes must be in factory condition).
- 3- Cash refund is not supported by the shipping companies we are dealing with.
